- Request a return within 10 days of delivery.
  - Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  - Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  - Customer bears all courier charges. We do not provide pick-ups or return labels.

Damages & Issues

  - Inspect orders immediately upon receipt.
  - Video footage is mandatory as evidence for product mismatch or damages.

Exchanges & Replacements

  - Contact us via email or phone to request.
  - Bangalore customers may visit the Shreeshta Family Store outlet for exchanges.

International Shipments

  - Orders cannot be cancelled or returned during transit or at delivery.
  - Cancellation is only permitted before shipping if a delay exceeds 20-30 days.

Exclusions

  - No returns or refunds for products with stitching services (Fall and Pico, Tassels, or Blouse stitching).

Refunds

  - Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
